Is this heat stress?

I started some plants indoors moved outdoors all mine doing well but the one I gave my friend decided to do this. And I'm clueless I'm thinking heatstress we had over 30°C weather with over water causing an obundance of nutrients intake but I need youre advice I'm a noob and this is all new to me
