It really should be called the Lucas Method not the Formula. He recommends 0-8-16 along with 68deg water, mild ambient conditions, air flow, humidity control (40-60), lots of root zone oxygen and grow room co2 at around 1000-1500ppm. You probably wont need h2o2 if you had a reservoir chiller set to 67deg.
