Is this good or bad?

Plant stretched a tiny bit too much so I keep moving toward light. 15,000 lumens. Leaves pointing up. This is a vigorous strain that I always get too much stretching so I’m trying to keep a lot of light on it. I buried the stem a very tiny bit since it stretched. It seems like my plants point up when they are happy. Also it was angled to the side towards where the light is coming from. Since I put more soil it straightened back out. I’m assuming it’s good right now but will want more light. What’s the consensus on this seedling? Thank you

Is there any sure way to know your plant is getting proper light other than node spacing? Better to use a par meter?

In my experience it’s far better to use a PAR meter. You can get one for under $200 on Amazon. Measure it, set it and forget it.
