Is this good enough

And your nutrient-enriched soils should provide your plants with food for the first 30-40 days after transplanting. So no major nutes then either - so many stoners "burning out" their plants haha

no and no....

dont use ferts on sprouts..you'll kill them

secondly... you want high N in Veg and low P+K
then for flower you want little N and more P+K

those numbers look to high in P and K for veg and
and too much N for flowering...

unless you dilute the crap out of it....

well i only put in half of what it says for indoor plants and ive only done it once so there ya have it no more till it gets bigger

reading up on all this before even buying seeds would have helped you greatly.
i hope you haven't nuked them because even at 1/2 strength that is too high, people normally start at 1/4 strength and thats on plants that are at least 14 days old.

its like 11 days old
Well something you are doing weather it's feeding it too soon, using the wrong type of soil or lighting, is preventing the sprout from growing as freely as it should be man.

here are my sprouts at the same age, 11 days old. i'm not showing you this to rub it in by any means. more so to show you how a plant that age should look...

Follow the basics and you should have no issues.
