Is this foxtailing?

get some bamboo stakes and litterally bend the tops down dont break them or try super cropping this late in the game

Hey Man, welcome to RUI. That plant looks very stretched out. When you do your next run try to get more light on them so that does not happen. It will cause inconsistencies when upper and lower bud sites get such different amounts of light. Also you may want to get those top buds away from the light now as they are so close it looks like it may be cooking the top one. Just a thought.
Yea I didn't mean for it to get so streched out. I've moved the lights as far up as I can but it streteched more to touch it. I used a trellis net my first grow and i must have not done it right so I didnt like it. This is my second grow and i thought I'd see what happens without it. I'm not sure how exactly I can move the tp buds away right now.

Hey, it's all a learning experience. I would not try it now but if you run into this again try super cropping the upper branches a couple weeks into flower, than you can lay them over sideways. You can also try the trellis again and just keep bending them so they grow vertically under it. The big key is to address stretching when it starts by providing more light. Stretching is just the plants way of telling you it is hungry for more light.

This is good information because I thought I had enough light in there. Maybe I don't know much about light and the plants as I thought. I have 3 1200w led lights in a 4x8 tent. I thought that would be enough

Hey, no worries. We learn as we go. What model lights do you have? There is a common issue with light manufactures deceiving buyers. A 1200 watt light is almost never a 1200 watt light. What they do is add up the max wattage for each led, add them up and say its a 1200. In reality it likely pulls 150 watts from the wall making it only a 150 watt light.

I use the exvelence 1200w I bought from Amazon. But after what you I did some research and these things only really put out 235w so there’s a big a problem

The main thing is now you know what you are working with. Also keep in mind those are only 235 watts when veg and bloom switches are both on. If you are running only vet it's just 155 watts and bloom is only 80 watts. You should always have both on IMO. Lower the lights on your next run when you see the plants stretching, you want to keep the nodes as close together as possible. Don't sweat the light thing bud, it is a common thing when dealing with cheaper light makers and millions of people have had the same issue you have. The fact is that even a 235 w blurple light can produce good bud.

thats still 705 true watts can you fit a fourth light in there
Yea I can def fit another one in there but now I’m thinking it’s just time for a real upgrade. Kinda upset that they lied like that but that’s my fault for buying cheap LEDs. Also didn’t know blurple was a bad thing.

Yea I keep them both on now but now I think it’s just time to chalk up the big bucks and get better lights. I used 1 to grow 5 Bruce banners my first grow. They were they biggest buds but they were still good so I thought I would get more for a bigger grow. You sir have been very very helpful to me

My pleasure. Light is one of the biggest things for your plants so investing in some better lights is never a bad thing. Keep those lights around though, they work perfectly fine for veg or as backups in case things happen. Just a matter of figuring out the correct heights to avoid stretch. You will find that better light gives you denser buds too so that is always a good thing. Look around and see what you like. If you come up with a budget and amount of space you want to light we can give you some recommendations to help you along. All the knowledge you seek can be found on this site. There are many amazing growers here that are more than willing to help.
