Overall that looks like some dank ass bud.
Foxtails aren't inherently bad. Some strains do it naturally. (Look up Grinspooon)

Yea def nute burn. I overdid it on the bloom food a few weeks back. Lots of lessons learned! That’s the northern lights displaying what I’m assuming are the foxtails. Not only did I burn it but experienced some heat issues along the way

Looks like genetics on the foxes. Been doing it all they flower it looks like
