Depends on the soil you used to start your plant in. Probably not for 3 weeks.

I used an organic potting mix called vigoro and I added perlite.

They should be right without fertaliser for the first few weeks, after they get a their 3rd set of true leaves you can give them half strength and work your way up gradually
