Is this enough lighting?

I am growing three white widow mother plant. Currently they are around 1-1.3 feet.

I have a 4 feet fluorescent lamp, which contains 2 bulbs.

I have the pots side by side, is this enough lighting?

If it is now, would keeping the light on 24/7 help?

40 watts per square ft of growing area for vegging or keeping a mother plant
75 watts per square ft of growing area for flowering

I am very happy with 4 65s,a dn 4 85s, vERY HAPPY, adn the additional 105s are great, but I have to keep a fan running and I am not as STEALTHY as I used to be.

The pics do not show the 42s that I put on the sides, on a STAND I made from a metal shelf.

I like being able to move the CFLS around, adn lower them down in between the plants, the clamp- reflectors are just $10 each

This is only close to accurate for HPS, not cfl's. They put out so much less light per watt you cannot use these formulas.

Quarduple that and you still don't have too much light.
