hey every one. i got 4 four foot floresent tubes. all together they put out about 11,000 lumens. is that enoughe to flower? i topped a couple plants i got and there lookin good. i goy pics but dont know how to display them. can ne 1 help me?!

I've read somewhere that 100watt mininum per plant, not sure how true that is though.
