is this enough for 1 harvest?

You're going to need some sockets/fixtures for those CFLs. ;-) Power cords. Surge protected power strips. Fan/ventilation duct. Mylar or white paint.

For reflection on the walls, otherwise you will be wasting a lot of light.. Or black and white poly... Some will even tell you you can use aluminum foil.... Although they say alum can cause hot spots and burn the plant.

Maybe some labels and some sticks for support if the girls bend under pressure from some big buds.

also a humidifier is unlikely needed, maybe a dehumidifier...

ide also gets humidity dome and cloning solution (if you plan to clone prior to flower). Maybe some nutes.

mylar/white paint?
Reflective material. CFLs need all the help that they can get. Mylar = emergency/survival blankets. Highly reflective ~90%. WallyWorld sells them for a couple bucks a pop. Get em on eBay also for super cheap. Flat white paint ~70% reflectivity. Some people prefer the paint because it doesn't trap the heat like mylar can.

mylar/white paint? also i have the rest
The mylar is a light reflective material. Most custom set ups(no tent) use mylar on the walls of their grow cab/room. Some people also use mylar to build their own reflective light shade it's really easy to do, you can get a hard back folder, fix it into the shape you want, cover the face with mylar and hang above your lights.

The white paint is the most basic alternative to mylar, it's effective as long as it's a matt emulsion, oil based undercoat or satin and not a gloss, silk or eggshell, as the sheen from the gloss, silk or eggshell can produce strong and poor reflective area's at the same time, it will be inconsistent where as matt finishing paints will be more or less even.

my room gets dry! i will need it im sure dehumidifiers are expensive as hell aren't they i have ph on their yes and i got no idea how to clone or even what it is entirely

A clone makes a replica of a plant. This way if you have 3 females and 2 males, you can clone the females and the next grow don't really need to sex the plants.

Although your room is dry now, once you have moisture in the pots and lights on the moisture, you likely will have enough humidity. Granted every environment is different. Air circulation will likely fix the humidity anyways, and maybe even you bloody noses from the dry humidity.. Lol
