Is this enough cfl lighting?

I have 4 23w 6500k in a 1ftX1ftX2ft for one autoflower plant, I just wanted opinions on how this might grow but so far its been a week and I only have 2 sets of leaves.

It should be plenty of light to get the plant to veg. I don't have any experience with autoflowering plants, so your mileage may vary; but, I use soft white CFLs to flower. I currently have 4 soft white CFLs and 2 daylight CFLs flowering one plant.

In about a week to ten days you'll be wanting to swap them out for some 2600K ish bulbs.
2 ft. heigth? Is that total grow heigth, or does it need to include the pot & light?
Either way, you should consider taking steps to make it squart as much as possible. FIM, Supertop, LSTin, they're your friends on this. ;-)
They seem to start out slow. Probably building a root system. That's good. About the 3rd or 4th week she should make you run to catch up.
For what it's worth My cab has 30" heigth. After lights / pot I've 16" grow height.
4 CFLs overhead and 2 sides added later.

Unfortunately with the pot and lights it leaves me room for like a 10 inch plant but I think im going to try and scrog, Also I didnt think i would need to switch to 2700k lights because autoflowers dont really care for light cycles or anything or maybe auto flowers would still care what kind of light it gets during flowering im not sure someone correct me if im wrong. I'll try to post a pic as soon as i can.

IMG_0743.jpgThe pot i have is actually small like 4inch by 4 inch but im going to transplant into a 1 gallon pot when it gets bigger witch would leave me like 10 inches of plant space
