Is this do-able?

So this is my very first time growing, and I have a very very limited space its about 1x1.5x2 FT (WxLxH) and basically this is more of an experiment. When i say that, i mean I don't care about the yield, I just want to try blooming something.

So Ive read that plants can be kept as close as 2 inches from a fluorenscent light, and what I have is a desk light, its called a compact fluorencent and its only 13 watts albeit still very bright and is about 8 inches long so its a good length to sit vertically beside a plant thats up against a corner of a wall for maxium reflection. (kinda like \ arching over it)

Im planning to top at the 2nd or 3rd leaf set and keep it very small, maybe start flowering it 14-20 days in. Again reason why is this is my first plant im still experimenting. is my light feasible for my 1 plant?:peace:

yeah, a lot more light, my space is 15inx24inx34 inches WxLxH and I have 14 cfl's in it. 10x23 watt 2700k 1600 lumen/4x15 watt 2700k 1100 lumen in my area, at day 37 of flower plant is 22 inches tall(appx)...

How about 2 Gooseneck desklamps? It says each can use up to a 60W INCANDESCENT lamp, im thinking of pumping 2 of these each with 40-50W Fluorencents what do you guys think?

You can use those to hold the lights, but if I were you I would do a lot of reading about CFLs. You're going to need quite a few of them and in the right spectrum.
