it's already 4 days after I fimming the plant
is this considered a failingm fimming

yeah...I thought so....and I wonder can this be fixed? should I fim it again ASAP or wait until a new set of fan leaves grows up?

I guess if you didn’t FIM right, you could try completely topping
I do not think you can fail at FIMming as FIMming is considered a fail with topping.
May be just wait a bit longer(1-2 days). I remember that I had something like yours in my current grow and it looked like I screwed up with topping but then in a couple of days two new tops started growing.
Also feel free to top as many times as you are pleased. I have done topping 3 times on 5 of my current grow plants and 2 times on one. Now I have from 6 to 8 main colas on each plant.

PinPin how long did you wait between toppings?
Until there was something to top. I started when plants were about 12-15cm tall and all 3 toppings took about 2-2.5 weeks.

Did the same. Fixed it by letting it grow out a bit then topped it. No regrets!
