Gigantic cactus i found in a Bay area. Can someone help me ID?

I doubt it's active, if it was.... someone would've cut it down already

I don't know if they would have cut it, it's in a small town close to the beach in Mexico.

I misread the title, I thought it said in the bay area, like san fran lol. I'm not sure on an id . hopefully someone will chime in for ya , if not i'd check reddit and you'll for sure get an answer https://www.reddit.com/r/cactus

Doesn't look quite right.

I think thats trichocereus pachanoi. I am not 100% sure though.
