Is this bulb bad?

I never had a bulb go bad on me I woke up and my light wasn't igniting just glowing in the tube this is a mh conversion bulb.

Thought so. I put my hps in until I get a new one thanks

Buy one then return that one and say its was out burnt out. (Big buisnesses don't fuck up our hydro stores they need the $)
