Is this bud rot

Hi.
I decided to leave one of my plants a week or so longer than the others to allow higher proportion of amber trichomes for more couch lock effects.
It’s changed colour significantly to more brownish and I’m worried it may be something like bud rot. No sign of powdery mold or anything just much much darker.
Is this bus rot?

I see a early harvested plant with a ton of dead plant material, cant see much past all those dead leaves. Trim it up and take better pics of what you think is rot?

looks like it to me. Once it's dry and you crack open a nug you"ll see.

Not sure about bud rot but it is plant abuse

I'd say it is Botrytis, it starts indide and the leaves croak like yours, if you hadn't harvested it would have shown itself more in the next week by progressing outside and would be plainly visable, when you break it up you will see it rotted to the stem,sorry man it's unusable,just harvest up the unaffected buds and next time look cloely at the stems of leaves coming out of the bud as soon as you see the leaf looking a little sick you know Botrytis is starting and open it up and cut it out using sterile scissirs or remove whole bud carefully, DON'T shke any of the spores onto the plant as it will infect more of your bud, use alcohol to sterilize your scissora and continually wipe them w/alcohol. If you take a infected bud away from all your grow and shake it you will see alot of powdwry shit, this is the spores which then spread to other buds,left on the plant the wind will do this or fans inside will do this. thats why during last weeks of flower this is your main task watching for this pathogen which can decimate all your work right near the finish line.ccguns

I cant see any powdery substance on them. Gave them a good shake and under microscope all I can see are trichomes falling off.
this was amongst 5 plants the others were harvested 2 weeks before and were great.
I wanted to run this longer. About 30 amber trichomes now. It was harvested a couple of days ago when pretty quickly I noticed leaves dying and buds discolouring to the brownish colour.
ive opened up and this is what inside looks like.


I definitely don’t want to smoke this but would it be worth making ice bubble hash?

Just to add this was a 10 week autoflower. The rest were ready at 15 weeks. This is at 17 weeks under 600w HPS
