Jarred up one of my plants and picked apart one of the large colas to find this. It has no smell other than the extreme cherry smell from it's terpenes. At the base of the stem you could see individual calyx all along the branch. They were also a light brown, but it almost looks to me like it was possible natural color from lack of light inside the cola. Currently in the jar sitting at 56% RH (Had a mix up with my two humidity sensors and was going by the one that read higher. Turned out that one was wrong and the lower one correct). Thanks for any input.
The white on the stem are just breaks in the branches, it's not like white mold or anything.
