Is this about right for 11 days?

This little girl has seemed to be growing kinda slow... or no?

She has been through some rough times already as you can see. CFL burned the first leave completely off.

It's been under 90 watts of CFL/5900 Lumens total for 11 days 18/6.

It looks fine. In another two weeks or so you will be ready to flower. Soil grows are very forgiving. I have burned several fan leaves on my babies, of course they are a lot bigger, but still, they are fine.

Yeah. You want a min. of 4 or 5 nodes before flowering. If you want a larger plant. Wait for 6-9 nodes.

Too early to start introducing some nutes?

the amount will depend on the soil/ start very small and work your way up. N for veg growth and P for roots. the roots are finding their home and that is why you think she is not growing. also plants have to be sexually mature in order to flower properly. 4-6 weeks from seed. alternating node arrangements
