Thats overkill the 1825 at 1050ma will be 40watt those heatsinks go all the up to 80watt you can get the smaller heatsinks for 6€ And also lower shipping cost.
@2100ma those heatsinks are to weak becouse the 1825 will put 117watt of watts.
You can get a pretty good idea of the lumens at any particular drive current/wattage with the datasheet. Digital analysis of the current/output chart provides a closer estimate. There's also the Cree PCT.

1818s match or beat the cxbs at all currents and are ~$25 with holder with RIU code. i built a rig similar to mobos ove rthe weekend but ued a 1400mA driver (cause the citis are 50V) - damn near identical to mobos rig- a 320W driver running 4 cobs on 140 pinfins@ 75W - in a 3x3 tent tabootThat's my goal, minimum 50% efficiency and 160 lm / watt.
And the CXB3590 80 CRI CD BIN gives 56% efficiency and 182 lm / watt to 1400ma.
How would a better combination with some Citizen COB? My idea with the 3590, is make 400w(8COBs), 200w(4COBs) each for a 3x3 tent.
Each cxb3590 costs me $35 with adapter, reflector and thermal paste from Jerry.
good for +2-3% eff usuallyIt's a 3x3 brother try not to over think it you have light bouncing off the mylar etc. You want eff wire in 240V that's what I did. Not many of these guys do that they argue eff and operate on 120V....

Thanks for the math now I dont have to do it. Now you can easily see in black and white how you can run twice as many lights on a 240v setup vs the 120v. My driver's run cooler than in the 120 as well found no need to remote mount my driver for the diy light with the 240 I can leave my hand on the driver all day long.Amps X Volts= watts..................you know what the electric company goes by, not gaining efficiency with 240v
