Is this a preflower?

I have had my plants for 5 or 6 weeks and I started 12 and 12 yesterday. I wanted to take some pictures to see the growth rate in the flowering phase. When I looked at the enlarged photos I notices these things at the nodes. Is this preflowering or just normal growth?

Yeah I started flowering 24 hours ago, I know 12 and 12 takes about a week or so, but because if they were in veg so long, I wasn't sure if they could be sexed or not.
