Is this a plant?

Look guys I understand this is totally scrubish.. but I found these plants while cutting my grass and decided to pass over them... they look greenish and with a red tint..

In the picture there is more green than red it was just the sunlight and my shitty camera.

id say its not. it doesnt come up like a weed plant. for how small it is it isnt quite likely you would have so many branched out leaves and especially 7 leaves on each one. get more than my opinion though...

thats a baby maple tree almost 100% sure i got a couple japanese maple with ornamental leafs they look alot better
