I have four different plants going and I'm having a hard time identifying them. The lights and nutes have been switched for around a week and a half

They look very young still hard to tell... keep a eye on them everyday after you start 12\12 if they look like little balls then yes but otherwise should be fine
 
They've been on 12/12 for almost ten days now, res Temps are high but my chiller will be in tomorrow. These four were mainly just a test run for the new grow room, I have four northern lights auto flower seeds sprouted up in cubes right now waiting to go into the tote
