14 weeks ans 6 days, this is my first Plant... I believe that still is in vegetation stage.

That unfortunately is a male. I personally would place a trash bag over it and cut it down at soil level. Then toss in the trash. I'm very pollen phobic. Pop a new bean and grow a nice female with the skills you obviously are developing. Consider it a pracice run.
