Is this a hermie sac? (Picture)

Quite alarmed to see this irregularity. It is an onion shaped nodule with a pistil sticking out of it or what at least looks like a pistil. Look to the right of my thumb

Looks more like a calyx to me, but hard to tell for sure. I would just watch it closely for the time being.

That is a bud sack, you will see small hairs start to grow out of it soon. Let me guess this is an auto flower strain.

That's just a calyx, you can see the amber hair coming out.
For future reference if you get those balls (Calyx) ever again even if they are swollen, just keep an eye on them for hair development.
Generally those will sprout white/amber hairs, however a cluster of balls is a bad sign though.
