I realized this plant was male about a week ago when its balls began to drop, but then just today I noticed the appearance of hairs on it. I'm only holding onto it for the possibility of fertilizing the lower buds of my female plant. These hairs change things a bit though because if the plant IS hermie, then its possible that it would produce smokable bud right? i'm not big on quality here, but i'd like some input on how much longer I can leave the male plant in the same room as the females before it tries to rape them. maybe you can tell how much longer I have left from the pics. Thanks
I keep reading that male hermie pollen can create super potent females. is there any truth in this?

No you gotta get that outta there if you have any females if its dropped pollen already and you have females in flower your fucked this just happend to my friend with like three pollen sacks he lost his whole crop to seeds a big waste of money and time for him he was counting on a good harvest it was sad for him but i told him to get it out when he saw sacks on this shitty seeds he was growing all his good genetics got fucked up over one bag seed i gave hima diesel clone he was gonna throw out i told him i would take it back just for the diesel seeds to throw around

I ended up chopping off every budding stem except for the main cola which is throwing pistols, then I put a bag over it. you think my girls are gonna be safe from its ravenous pollen?

Good questioning...I don't think the con dome ideas gonna work here. I could cause a mold and milder problem if the bags left to long.

lol that isnt a hermie man its a straight up male there is no reason for you to keep it at all....let me help you with the whole sexing thing....dont switch your lights to 12/12 until you see preflowers which are easy to distinguish after they are allowed to grow a day or two, you will see white ass hairs no balls like that one you have. then only after you had preflowers and killed all males do you start 12/12 and now at this pt you know you should have all females and only need to look for a stray male flower at the most

i was just thinkin this... i didnt see any signs of hermie or just balls nd balls nd balls...thas all bad.. the second u see more than one ball u with no hairs u should just kill

Its definitely a hermie, my cameras just not good enough to capture all the little tiny hairy pistols, but they are there. weird looking calyxes with two pistols shooting out
