Is this a heat/humidity problem?

So im currently about 5 days into flowering, and I don't believe my nutrients are too strong as ive been going at around 1.4-1.6 EC for weeks now and the problem has only just began.
Now it could be simply that my light is too close to the tops of these plants as im using a 600Watt HPS bulb and its about 50cm from the most of my canopy and there are about 4-5 shoots that are perhaps 30cm from the light just because they went fucking psycho somehow lol.
My humidity was apparently 93% when I got home from work today and it was only 20 Celsius outside, I had a 20W deskfan blowing over the plants for almost 24 hours straight now.
im aware the humidity is high I have a dehumidifier coming next week and im only early in flower so I don't think it can mould just yet?
my plants never have moisture on them or on the walls from this ''humidity'' so could it perhaps be a false reading?
thanks in advance <3
