i have a 2x4x6 tent right now and am getting a smaller 30"x20"x60" was wanting one light for each one 3000k one 4000k

Ya man, they're always good deals from China. The driver won't be warranties though if it ever breaks, but the drivers $90-110 in U.S. on its own. So getting 3 boards for $20-25/PC is great.

If it's $489 shipped for 6 boards and 2 HLG-320's though, that's NOT a good deal at all. You can find way better on Alibaba

Just buy boards from Atreum Lighting and buy your drivers from somewhere like LEDsupply, mouser, digikey or any other reputable vendor in the US for warranty reasons.

Which boards with 660nm? There is a big difference in price from the epistar version and the cree ( I think) version.
Shipping seems expensive but been a long time since ive ordered any weight from china.
Maybe ask the guys in the Chinese clone board thread what they paid for shipping.
How much % import tax do you guys pay for China to US? Its 20% for us here.

The 660nm are epistar.
Thia was an invoice from alibaba.
I was looking at hlg nice 320w kit rspec
Notable difference between the 2 is the driver as hlg cones with constant current where these chinese boards are constant voltage. Heat sinks are different. Looks like slate on the hlg and aluminum on tge alibaba boards. Cost is huge differe.ce one hlg 320 costs 485 plus tax shipping where the alibaba boards posted above 320w. Two of those cost 489 that with the shipping

The heatsinks will be the same pretty much, might be slightly more surface area on the HLGs. You in the US?

You want two lights? One for veg? Because you wouldn't need a 320 in a veg tent, you wouldn't even need half that. In fact it would be way overkill for even a flower tent that's 30"x20"

ya i was gunna stick it in a small ass veg tent and dim it down.. but kinda defeats the purpose your right.. was planning on getting a 4x4 possibly in the future thats why i wanted 2 x 320w.. but ended up getting a quote on one 320 and a 240 for the smaller tent.. still prolly over kill but its the lowest you can go with just ordering one.

ive never heard of kingbrite. are they alibaba company as well?
also looked at the spider farmer sf2000 and sf1000 as options as well.. was unsure about the waterproof coating they put on the pcb though.

thanks for all the input from everyone as well.. haha trying to learn a bit more about leds.. have some basic knowledge from installing led under counter lights and such but really wanting to dive in and get a decent deal here.
thinking i may just bite the bullet and get the hlg 320w rspec kit. and then just wait and possibly buy a 4 pack of hlg 132v2qb i got some time.. ac unit in the winter is doing its job as sensless as it is. but hps is way too much for a 2x4

Funny I was going to suggest the 4 pack of 132s from hlg and a hlg185 or 120 driver. To be honest even 100w is a lot for veg , that's what I run in a 2x4.

I used to run 2x 260w v1 kits in a 4x4 , it was plenty for flowering.

and yes, kingbrite is another Alibaba vendor.

nice ya the little tent im looking at getting for a veg tent is like 36x20x62.. have a good ratio of watts per sqft for veg?
i know flower they say 32-50 32 seems to be the sweet spot from what ive seen alot of people saying or close to that watt per sqft for these lm301b

Half seems more than enough for veg. I have to mess about if I go much more, decrease light hours, increase temps.
36x20 is 5 square feet @15w psf is 75w. Crazy when you think about it.

You could go for some strips and build all this yourself for much cheaper.
like some 80+90 cri e gen 3 strips mixed for both tents.

Not personally no. Almost pulled the trigger on some a while back from Meiju but ended up having an older cob light that I hacked and knew had legitimate Cree cxb3070 cobs and Cree xpe blues and whites and osram reds on the pcbs. Then got some propiatery boards from someone else for testing them.
But many people on this site have used them. Go to the Chinese Knock off board thread.
