Most likely yes, you can tell by the Y shaped segment on the "upper most center" segment of the wing tip. Do you have a major or minor infestation? I had them and got rid of them so far so good. Depending on which area, it runs from minor to medium. I run waterfarms for moms and 4' rockwool blocks in ebb and flow for flower. I just started with Mosquito Dunks today, in the rez's and on top of the hydrotone in the waterfarms.

Winged adult black or maybe root aphids.. butt snorkles on em I think.
