At the garden today where the whole pot around is covered with these. They re on the soil too. Some are on the plant as well but they re running around, cant see any munching on leaves. Is it the good kind??

Thanks for the responses guys. Yeah that seems to be it. Fingers crossed.

I googled it says they are fungus gnat larvae, snail predator. Funny thing about this, im running the tent for almost 7 months with gnats and havent seen a single one for about a week...
