Is this 1200 watt LED any good?

Hi guys, I'm about wrapped up with my first grow and I got 10 seeds a few seeds I ordered coming through and I was considering upgradding from my 1200 watt HID on reflector wing w/o cooling system. I was wondering if this 1000 watt LED would be any good for my grow.

Not at all. Keep ur hps if that's your budget.

What kind of LED's are meant for growing bud?It's rather confusing to be honest.

Right now COBs are the way to go but Quantum boards may soon overtake them.

I am thinking about moving to LED for flowering... COBs ? I was looking at Cirrus Reflex F Led Bar as it has a lot of red spectrum and some blue.
