Is there anything that I should be adding to my Nutrient mix

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on any additional nutrients to I should be adding to my current nutrient formula. I am currently running the full House and Garden line, following their feeding chart on their app. In addition to that I also add Cal-mag, and Mammoth P to every batch. I foiler feed with magic green every other week and spray with Mammoth Canncontrol for bugs weekly. Any thoughts on what I could be missing out on?

I don’t get fancy like that, but it sounds like you’ve got it dialed looks like it too if that’s your grow in the avatar. Why fix what ain’t broke? Figure out your next limiting factor and go from there. Maybe uvb or co2.

Extra Phosphorus, and Potassium are only needed in weeks 2.5-5 on an 8 weeks flowering strain.

I would use Monopotassium Phosphate during this window, and not just extra Phosphorus. Weed likes 2x the amout of K in its base formula, not including extra monopotassium Phosphate. And remember if your out of the 2.5-5 week window, its not helping any.

I myself, if Im using chemical fertilizer, I like to use fertilizer that uses Calcium Nitrate, 15.5-0-0 for Calcium, and Nitrogen source, and use Epsom Salts for my Magnesium, and Sulfur. Its theroized Sulfur is responsible for Terpene production.

The base formula I use is 4-20-39, and then add 15.5-0-0 them Epsom Salts/Magnesium Sulfate

You only need the H&G Cocos A&B and their Top Booster during bloom. CalMag+ isn't necessary they already account for it in the base nutrient with extra calcium, magnesium & Iron (what makes it orangish/red).

You're using too much stuff which is not always a bad thing but it's a waste of time and money. If anything you should be thinking of what you don't need not what you could add.

You forgot the kitchen sink. You really need all that stuff to grow a plant?

Pics?

I've ran many complete lines including H&G, Canna, Heavy 16, Cyco, General Hydroponics and Botanicare. Not in any specific order there but if you don't try it you won't know. Yup spent thousands of dollars doing that but that is how you really learn what is and isn't worth it because there is so much misinformation everywhere.

I will vouch that now I just run Cyco and not even half their bottles. I only run their silica, "dr. repair", bases, potash (first 3 weeks of bloom) & swell (week 4 of bloom until flush)..

I wouldn't joke about how he's using all their products it does turn out great but it's not worth the extra money using all the "may help" supplements.

I would cut out everything except top booster and feed Top booster from week 3 of flower to the start of flush.

If anything I'd be embarrassed to admit I'd blown thousands of dollars on all that mainly useless stuff. Most rookies go thru that phase then discover 90% is hype with no glory. They also tend to follow those nute charts to a T and end up with all sorts of deficiency issues and fried plants. I feed according to what my plants need at any given time but it does take time, research and experience to get the feel for that.

In the last 20 years I've tried a variety of nutes but mainly through getting some from friends, winning 3 different types in forum contests and hydro store raffles but have only really bought AN with any regularity as it consistently does what I expect it to do. All I use from AN is the basic 3-part, Big Bud and if doing DWC some Rhino Skin for the silica as it works better with the pH Perfect tech than standard potassium silicate. I plan to pick up some silicon dioxide, SiO2, as it's water soluble and easily used by the plants.

As I use RO water I add a bit of CalMag once in a while and using REMO for that atm but running low. Some Epsom Salts and a few vitamin and mineral supplements out of my personal stash.

These days I'm running semi-organic in pots based on ProMix HP so just using hydro nutes to supplement as needed. After 50 or so DWC grows it gets boring so time to change directions to spice it up a bit. This last summer growing autos outside in the dirt worked well so will get the bulk of my bud every fall and concentrate on breeding and making fem seeds indoors in the winter.

Can you put that in layman's terms for us dummies???

This would be for an 8 weeks flowering strain.

I use Hydro Gardens fertlizer, but at the moment they arent producing fertilizer because of a chemical shortage. Im lucky I bought many many pounds. They have been making plant specific fertilizer since the 70s, and fertilizer in general since he mid 60s. They also make greenhouses, and supplies.

I use their Base Formula for weed.
4-20-39
Calcium Nitrate is added to that 15.-0-0
Epsom Salts is added last to the mix.

From seedling through 6 weeks flowering they get an ever small increasing weekly amount of Base Formula, Calcium Nitrate, and Epsom Salts
Weeks 2.5- 6 they get added Monopotassium Phosphate... 0-52-34.

NO FLUSHING. Just cut back fertilizer in weeks 7-8.

My second choice for fertilizer would probably be Jacks 20-20-20, and then Id add Sul Po Mag
