I don't know what happened, i went to bed and when i woke up i found it like this, what could it be? Seems to be still alive as the second set of leaves is growing, but I don't know if it will grow. Thank you

Hmmm. Almost looks like she's uprooted herself or with help. Try mounding some grow medium around her to help support her.
However this may not be the case at all. Merely a suggestion.
