Is there a How-to or FAQ thread on nutrient usage in general?

Im looking for some good reading on what I should be giving my girls to eat. Im 2 weeks into flowering and Id kind of like to give them something other than the generic plant food i normally use.

no there is not a one size fits all faq on nutes,,,,cause one size does not fit all but there is a lot of good info if you look for it

plants basically need 16 elements for proper growth, no one cana (pretty label) nute has all of them in one bottle like DynaGro does check out FoilagePro and don't look back
