Is the lights gonna make bud

Hi ive got a female plant its been on 12/12 for about 4 days but still i dont see much change can anyone give me a good idead if these light have the power to bud the plant (and i have a 85w2700k and a 30w2700k and a 11w2700k And i am getting one more 85w2700k will this make bud

the more light the more bud.
yes if you get another 85watt you should be ok.
but if you want proper buds, grown rite, then get a hps for flowering and keep you flos for vegg.
so when your flowering with the hps, you can vegg with flo's.
so you always have plants,on going.
are you only growing 1 plant?
, if so do you know its sex?.

yh i am only growing 1 plant at a time and yes its female but i cant get a hps as room and money and the brightness. but ive been growing it with only 2 bulbs a 85w2700k and a 30w6400k and its growning fast and very big but im not sure if the bud will .. so too that i got one more 85w2700k and they are alot bigger then the 30w like doulbe the size
i am sure that 2 85w2700k and a 30w6400k and a 11w 2700k will be ok .. .and how is the best place to place the lights on top of the plant or left right and on top ..??? thanks

do you have anything reflecting light off the sides? like a grow box so all the light is focused into one spot, instead of lighting in an open area where the light dissepaits. that should be enough cfls for a in box grow but i dont know about just hanging it over the top. if u dont have a box, u should rig up a card board box and paint it white on the inside, that would definitly be enough light to bud. how do you kno if its a female if its only 4 days in? is it a clone?

should be ok then, as the plant grows, just try to add as much light as poss.

i have a mate who has the eye for it .lol. and yes 100 defo a female ..
