Is the Growdaddy reliable/worth the money?

I've been looking into the growdaddy, but #1, that's a 4000$ investment, and #2, I have no idea if this thing is reliable.
The video for the setup makes it look pretty legit, they include nearly everything you need for a nice, small hydro garden.
So, has anyone used this/seen how produces? Or atleast heard about how it performs? Thanks!

1st thing, do you have any experience growing? If not get some before throwing out that $$.

I do but nothing to a great extent. Just 1-3 plants at a time in soil.
I've been interested in growing with a hydro system, since hydro has a distinct taste, and seems more appealing than my soil methods.
It seems too good to be true, having the perfect grow box in one purchase. The money isn't the biggest issue, I just don't want it to be 4,000$ bust.

Coco is just a medium, I was looking at a complete grow box..

Well im pretty sure the growdaddy is hydro, so if you are looking to have just 1-3 plants in soil, you should probably look for something to suite your needs

$4000 seems like an absolute rip off if you ask me. Just like every single "kit" to be had on the internet it seems.

Do yourself a favour, and do some reasearch.

Look at the list of stuff that comes with the growdaddy, go online (ebay or whatever), and I bet you can put the same package together for about half the price.
