Not there for a bit. It’s worth the wait. You should wait for all those white pistils to turn brown, then wait a little longer as they turn in a bit a start to retract. @ three weeks?

Not close. Looks like at least 4 weeks min
When they get like this then it's ready.
My 7 harvested in the past 2 weeks.
10 to 13 weeks after flipping light schedule.
