and about how much do i expect to lose in water weight during curing and drying?

I saw 28.5 on the scale,id say you will end up with a lil over a quarter ounce my guesstimate is 9 grams.On average you loose about 60-70% moisture on drying,if you have a pound wet you would get around a quarter pound dry depending on density.

how much more weight do you guys think he would of put on if he let it go another 2 or 3 weeks? my guess is 9-15 grams.

I dont know about that much,his was pretty close to done it only would gotten a little denser,it mainly would of needed more time for the trichomes to mature and be at there peak potency,but he will still get a decent high just not as strong or long lasting as a fully matured plant.just the way it go's sometimes.
