Hey Guys this is my first grow, and for the most part it was going fairly well. During week 4 of flowering my plant started to get nute burn. I've been flushing as much as possible but was wondering if I am just wasting my time or is it possible for the plant to recover ?

The uncrisped parts of the leaf can come back. Earlier this year i accidentally nute-burned a plant I was setting to reveg. too much all at once. Her leaves burnt half off, but the surviving bits allowed her to make a full recovery. cn

I just looked closely at the pics. Your N overdose is mild, but you have a probable magnesium deficiency or lockout. That's some of the best-defined interveinal yellowing I've seen. cn

Yep, doesn't look like nute burn to me. Looks like a deficiency of some sort. Potentially caused by lockout, if you've flushed you should add nutrients. Find a good plant problem solver and try to get the best match. Definitely some sort of deficiency that the symptoms are intervenal chlorosis.

The severely damaged parts of the leaves will not come back but you should look to the new growth to see how the plant is doing after your recent changes. It can be disappointing but don't expect the damaged leaves to heal, if they bother you you can always pull them off later on when you have lots of new healthy growth.
