Is my Setup Good?

i just ordered two 400 watt hps bulbs so should i just replace 2 of the cfls with the hps?

well i got the 400 Watt Hps but whats a cheap ballast with the reflective material that i can get for it?

you do not want to use mirrors, they do not reflect much light (ambient light).....Totally different type of reflextion. plain flat white paint reflects about 85% light..

hey guyes i just made a new setup in my room and i through another bean that already sprouted and is 6 days old. im gonna get a new light system when i get back from my europe trip from poland>holand>germany>Paris>poland(brothers wedding)>home and i would be back in august and i was gonna get either a 400 watt or 600 watt hps and i was gonna buy some world of seeds beans to plant when i get back. here are some pics.
