Is my seedling suffering ?

Hi guys this is my first grow . My seedling seem to suffer but i do not really know what went wrong. Can anyone help me please. Thanks . I wondering was i over water or heat stress. Thanks

It looks a little over watered. if the pot feels heavy like it's over watered i would just back off on watering it a couple days and go light when you water next. How hot is the room? And are you growing in soil of coco?

I growing in the soil . Room is around 89f . I know it abit hot ...

if you're growing in a a hot room, then yes, your plant is suffering.
If you're watering too often, yep, she's suffering from that too right
If you're using nutrient now, that too will suffer the plant
if there's nutrient in the soil, like miracle grow, yep, she's doomed maybe
and if those nutrients or soil is fox farms, Ima gonna lol, sorry, had to

That's very hot. You need the get that down before anything else. Portable A/C works well if not try to pull cold air in from outside.

Your temperature is a little high in your grow room, and I would recommend cooling it down. Looks like your using led, so shouldn't be too hot. Do you have an exhaust in tent if so turn the CFM up. Also if your tent is going to run on hot side try supplementing plant with Silica it will have strengthen plant and allow it to grow better under hotter temps.

You seedling look ok to me though. No major concerns that I see just give it sometime to grow and develop and don't get to gun happy. Enjoy!

No. I would say that if you have that problem the plant is most likely stunted.
