Is my seedling screwed?

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows what's going on with my seedling?its not really growing and it's been growing for the same amount of time as the other seedlings I have started

looks mutated, i would toss it and start another if room is an issue. I grew out a mutant remo chemo and it never properly flowered, was prolly 6 weeks into flower when i killed it.

What they all said.
It will never fully recover or catch up, probably will have more problems later on and the yield will be significantly reduced.
