Is my plants going to survive???

Okay so i messed up alot, I have been using nutes and the ph level was 7.0 so i then flushed it out and its down to 6.3, I have some pics could someone tell me what elce they think could be wrong? The wierd looking strain in about 3 1/2 weeks old and the others are about 1 week old and about the same size as the 3 1/2 week old... i have the week old ones under 2 40w fl lights and the 3 1/2 old under its own 100w mh light... could it be that its not growing alot because its getting all the light that it needs? The lighting hrs is 18/6.

It's only been 3 weeks, wait another 2 and see what happens. Are they the same strain?
