so i saw my outdoor plant yesterday is suffering from what i think is magnesium deficiency. Is this a magnesium deficiency or a nitrogen deficiency.

Magnesium deficiencies normally don't start in new growth, they start in older growth. Possible broad mites? I'd scope them at 100x and see if you see any tiny critters.
If a deficiency, the ones that appear in new growth are: calcium, boron, sulfur, copper, iron, and manganese. Of those, I'm only familiar with calcium and it doesn't look like calcium to me.
