no its fastly dying. just kidding. how often do you water it?

every 3-4 days

read old post. don't take the "don't overwater" advice too literally. has it been 4 days since last drink? give it a LITTLE drink. should be ok.

also what type of light and how close and do you have a little fan on it?

no the soil dried up in 2 days and I gave it water a day later it look like that

cfl 26 watts umm my fan just broke 25 mins ago and its a cfl I put close but not to close to burn it

you do have drainage holes in that cup?

I don't know then it looks like its being slightly cooked, is that MG soil? you could transplant. I'll send someone else here that's good at diagnostics

So the water can drain!!! U know some may argue it's die'n pretty fast being only a week old and all!!

Im my opinion its not dying its streching towards the light it may be suffering because of over watering maybe it was fed to early who knows if the soil has nutes my advice to the op get some more light . Weigh the cup on your scale after you let your soil dry out.. that way u know when you need to water.o and stop being so scared even if it dies who cares just try again!sorry lgc thats all i got!!

I say if it dies you should torture yourself with guilt for the rest of your life and never ever try it again! Poor little pot plant..... It's so scared it's having a hard time coming out of its shell......
