Is my plant showing sex via preflowers? Female? PICS

My 23 day old plant is showing some little pistols, I think coming out in the lateral stalk growth. Can anyone verify if this is in fact, a female?

This is the first time I have seen this before. Is this preflowering?

those are just little white hairs.
not pistils
alll marijuana plants have those .
your plant is not mature enough
yet, and not showing any signs of sex
or preflowers.
is she still in veg?

Nah, man the female parts ie: pistils, will be white hairs popping up between the stems along main branch. Those are just part of the stem structure.
