is my plant ready to flower???

so heres my plant,its about six weeks old and i was wondering if it ready to start flowering?? the one on the left is same 6 weeks oold just under developed. need advice what to do.dont have that much room in grow box.

Alternating nodes means it's mature and can start flower.

Can i ask what lights are you using and It seems like the plant leaves are starting to curl

transplant them first though.

im using to 23w cfl bulbs.yea they looke a little curled to me too.i just put the bigger one into a bigger pot.

i put mine to flower at like 10-12 inches due to my limited space and has worked so far im sure you can but i think you should put more light in that box hapy growing
