Is my plant ready to flower?

I really appreciate if someone help me with my problem, i don't know if my plant is ready for star the flowering stage, can you help me?. already has 1 month and 19 days old and i'm using 2 cfl in 18/6

its all up to you when to start flowering, if you think/want it to go bigger then keep it in veg but if you dont think it will have enoph room to grow bigger by the time your done then start flowering. keep in mind flowering will grow about 2-3x bigger then it is right now. ps shes looks beautiful and healthy

ofcourse it is.you can start the 12/12 cycle as soon as the seedling pop their heads out the dirt if you want.
the plant you have will double or triple in size when flowering(remember that).
but your plant looks good and healthy enough and if you wanna flower now,go ahead.or if you wanna veg for longer you can.its really up 2 you.but because of the lights you have you should start flowering now.
what cfls are you using?because you will probably need alot more than 2 for flowering.
