As far as harvest time , i think you first need to be aware that your nitro use during flower ( dark shiny leaf ) may have caused the flowers to not fully develop as they probably should have. Nitrogen toxicity causes underdeveloped flower formation/ smaller growth.
If plant has gave up the ghost on further maturity, you may have to cut her as is.
Also under most circumstances, breeders lie about harvest weeks - so called 8 week strains often do better going longer like 10.

Yeh about to be on week 9 of flower, she had ph issues during veg which I fixed within a week, I’ve just been feeding some 2 - 0 - 0 cal mag and flora bloom for around 2 weeks, first grow so my aim was to get some smokeable weed and knowledge for next time! Thanks for the reply
