Btw, Im using a 100 watt CFL and its about 2 inches away from the plant. Its usually about 75-80 degrees in my grow box.

for how young that plant is that 100w might be too close, try raising the light an inch or two and see if that helps. i had a similar problem, yellow spots and the leaves started to droop, i raised the lights a bit and voom everything was back in business

unfortunately the spots never went away on those few leaves they just perked back up( i think the damage was done), but the new ones that grew in didnt have spots. later on when the plant gets a bit more bushy you could possibly trim those less appealing leaves off at the stems.

could be light, but the top leaves don't show any problems, may not be light, 2 inches probably OK
could also be first signs of nute/ph problem, plant generally looks good, so hard to say
have you checked your ph in and out?

I got the same problem i think, lower fan leaves are turning while the top ones are fine, ph is 6 and no nutrition added.

Cover those leaves with your hand and check if the leaves have turned red or purple underneath. This is not visible when the lights are on because they pierce the leaves.

The little spot is caused by the seed casing. Mine did the same thing. If its just a little spot underneath where the seed casing was last hanging on too. Mine went away in a few weeks, plus those leaves dont produce bud anyways. Good luck!

cheapest way to check ph is to get some aquarium drops, $5 at walmart
they are only good for the range from 6 to 8, but that's the range you want to working in, 6-7 that is
that you've used no nutes is probably good, seedlings usually don't like much nutes to start
only other thing is the soil you're using, that could also be a problem

bottled water would be tough to guess without measuring the ph, it's range probably as variable as tap water
now distilled water, that you can count on, will be around 6.2 or so, provided it's been open for a few days
it will absorb co2 from the air, until it co2 saturates
as with everything, it can have its own issues, no minerals in it so magnesium/calcium could become short
usually it's pretty safe, would take a while for minerals to become depleted
