Don't worry about the ppms on a chart. use the nute measurements they have and dilute the whole solution once it's mixed. Feed by reading your plant. That chart was made by pro's with optimal environments, you bet they can feed them a lot.
Most guys run half the ppms they say. I mean other than droopy your plant looks good. I wouldn't change much if I were you. If it gets light colored feed it more ppm.
Less ( to an extent ) is better.
I use city water. I get a 5 gal bucket and let it sit overnight. I do this with my ro water as well. The ph always goes waaaay up in my ro overnight. 6.1 to 7.3 or something. You can buy filters as well, lots of people put water filters on their houses.
