What other water could I mix with it? Would my hose water be ok the water in this town is super hard but I'm guessing what comes out of the hose bib is not softened
Is my plant going to die?

Don't worry about the ppms on a chart. use the nute measurements they have and dilute the whole solution once it's mixed. Feed by reading your plant. That chart was made by pro's with optimal environments, you bet they can feed them a lot.
Most guys run half the ppms they say. I mean other than droopy your plant looks good. I wouldn't change much if I were you. If it gets light colored feed it more ppm.
Less ( to an extent ) is better.
I use city water. I get a 5 gal bucket and let it sit overnight. I do this with my ro water as well. The ph always goes waaaay up in my ro overnight. 6.1 to 7.3 or something. You can buy filters as well, lots of people put water filters on their houses.

Ok that makes sense I need to start reading the plant more yellowing would mean a bit hungry burnt tip too much lol ok I will not too much higher with it I've been doing 30% maybe stay where I'm at until they look hungry they definitely already look alot better the one on the right has some ugly ass leaves but at least it should grow some buds now lol

By watering I hope you mean with nutrients. Coco always fed nutrients never plain water.
I tend to say watering also so hopefully we're on the same page. Continue feeding to significant runoff at 5.8 pH.

Yes with nutrients sorry I guess it would be feeding lol or fertigation and will do the one barely even looks droopy anymore I can't upload the photo for some reason it's too big of a file I think but I really appreciate all the advise and I will continue to update everyone on my progress hopefully get some nice buds to show you guys

Also I can go and check what comes out of my hose bib I know my tap is salt softened could I filter the salt out somehow?

Most tap water is fine to use for nutrient mixing. Check the EC/ppm out of the tap or bib first.
Nothing wrong with RO water either. My tap is RO quality at 34 ppm and I don't have issues. My nutrients provide everything the plants need. No need for extra CalMag.
Also no need to be at 700ppm or higher right now. I just finished a full run never exceeding 600 ppm even in flower.

Here's a little update coco was super dry just had its third feeding with nice amount of runoff I can't believe I had let them get that dry here's them now going to keep up with it I feel so much better a little stupid but better awel live and learn I can only get better lol
